Korean Chili Broccoli
This is a great side dish combining broccoli, garlic and Korean chili pepper. Quite simple to make and delicious, too. This dish is perfect served over steamed rice.

Ingredients
4 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 tsp kochukaru (Korean crushed chili pepper)
1 tbsp salt
1 bunch broccoli, trimmed, cut into florets
Directions
1. Pour water into a large saucepan and bring to a boil high heat.
2. Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into medium pieces and add to the boiling water. Season salt and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Transfer to a colander and drain well.
4. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium- high heat.
5. Add the garlic and sauté for a few minutes until golden. Stir in the blanched broccoli and kochukaru and sauté for about 5 minutes. Flavor the dish with salt, give a stir to combine and serve.
